If you do not agree with this user agreement or any modifications made to it, you may voluntarily cancel the services provided by Soulmet Lite. By using Soulmet Lite services, you are deemed to have understood and fully accepted all aspects of this user registration agreement.
1)To access the Internet-based services offered by Soulmet Lite, the service user (hereinafter referred to as the "user") must accept all terms of this agreement. By logging into or using the services of Soulmet Lite, the user acknowledges their agreement with Soulmet Lite and fully accepts all terms outlined in this agreement.
2)The user agreement for Soulmet Lite may be updated at any time without prior notice. Users should pay attention to and comply with the applicable terms and conditions when using these services.
1)The specific offerings of the Soulmet Lite service include the ability for users to create, share, transmit, execute, or store various content, messages, texts, sounds, images, applications, codes, or other materials (collectively referred to as "User Content"). Any opinions expressed by other users within the service do not reflect our views or values.
2)Soulmet Lite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all network services, including paid services, at any time.
3)Soulmet Lite solely provides the relevant network services; any equipment necessary for accessing these services and associated costs (including phone charges and Internet fees) are the responsibility of the users.
1)When applying for the Soulmet Lite service, users must provide accurate, timely, and detailed personal information and continuously update their registration details to maintain this accuracy. Soulmet Lite is not liable for any issues arising from false registration information or its consequences.
2)Users must not create, upload, post, share, or transmit any content that:
a. Violates applicable laws, court orders, or generally accepted legal standards;
b. Promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or other activities that pose a serious threat to public safety;
c. Infringes upon the rights, dignity, or legitimate interests of others;
d. Incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
e. Promotes harmful misinformation, fraud, or deceptive practices;
f. Spreads false information likely to cause public harm, panic, or significant disruption;
g. Contains or promotes pornography, sexual exploitation, excessive violence, gambling, or criminal activity;
h. Harasses, threatens, defames, or abuses others, or otherwise violates their legal rights;
i. Encourages or organizes unlawful activities, including riots, violent gatherings, or other actions that endanger public safety.
3) Soulmet Lite may publish, update, and revise community standards and enforcement rules from time to time on its website or within the application. By using the service, users agree to comply with these standards and to help maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful online environment.
Users are prohibited from posting inappropriate content or engaging in unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
a. Posting videos or images that are grossly offensive, disturbing, or unsanitary;
b. Use of vulgar, sexually explicit, or abusive language or behavior, including offensive music or audio;
c. Nudity or sexualized exposure of body parts where not permitted by applicable guidelines;
d. Sharing pornographic or sexually explicit content;
e. Displaying weapons or performing dangerous acts that may cause injury to oneself or others;
f. Engaging in or promoting physical violence, threats, or intimidation;
g. Promoting pyramid schemes, fraudulent business models, or coercive recruitment practices;
h. Depicting or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or related behaviors;
i. Posting unauthorized or deceptive commercial advertising or spam;
j. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the service;
k. Introducing malware, bots, or other harmful code that disrupts the service or user experience;
l. Interfering with or disrupting servers, networks, or security features of the service;
m. Attempting to bypass content moderation systems or access restricted areas of the service without authorization.
1)Users retain copyright and related rights under the law for the legal information they create and publish on Soulmet Lite.
2)By uploading any information to the publicly accessible areas of Soulmet Lite (including various platforms such as software or mobile applications), users grant Soulmet Lite and its affiliates permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully transferable rights worldwide. This allows Soulmet Lite and its affiliates to copy, modify, adapt, and utilize this information for business purposes without charge.
3)The authorization granted by users to Soulmet Lite is exclusive. This means that no third party may copy, modify, edit, transfer, or utilize any content uploaded by users to Soulmet Lite without the explicit consent of Soulmet Lite, which includes actions such as intercepting video signals or altering any form of content. Users agree to authorize Soulmet Lite to take legal action against third parties to safeguard both their own rights and those of Soulmet Lite.
1)Users acknowledge that personal privacy information includes any data that can identify them personally or pertains to personal communication, such as their name, ID number, mobile phone number, and email address. Soulmet Lite is committed to respecting the privacy of users' personal information and will implement reasonable measures to protect it, except in cases where disclosure is mandated by law, required by government authorities, or consented to by the user. Additionally, Soulmet Lite will not share users' personal information with third parties outside of its partners without the user's consent, unless agreed upon during registration or in a separate agreement. To enhance the operation and improvement of Soulmet Lite technologies and services, we may collect, use, or share users' non-personal information with third parties, which aids in providing a better user experience and improving service quality.
2)Generally, Soulmet Lite will use users' information for the following purposes:
a. To verify and upgrade service performance;
b. To enhance safety and provide customer support;
c. To send service announcements or information that may interest users, including product updates;
d. To utilize non-personal data for commercial endeavors, such as providing value-added services, marketing, and promotional activities;
e. To manage user participation in contests or similar promotional activities;
f. To share user information with third parties when specific services are requested from Soulmet Lite or its partners;
g. For any other uses that benefit users or improve software and service functionality.
3)The following will not be classified as personal information: keywords entered during searches, non-identifiable information that does not involve personal communication (e.g., service usage habits), and basic record data reflecting objective conditions that users have consented to disclose.
4)Soulmet Lite and its affiliates may share user information among themselves and use it according to this privacy policy. While ensuring individual user privacy is maintained, Soulmet Lite reserves the right to analyze the overall user database for commercial purposes.
5)Unless one of the following conditions applies, or as specified in this privacy policy, Soulmet Lite will not disclose user information to third parties:
a.With prior authorization from the user;
b.When disclosure is necessary to provide requested products or services;
c.As required by applicable laws and regulations;
d.At the request of relevant government authorities;
e.To protect the legal rights and interests of Soulmet Lite and its affiliates;
f.If the user has violated service agreements or rules, which may necessitate disclosure;
g.To share information with third-party companies providing services on our behalf, with the understanding that these companies may not use the identifying information without prior notification;
h. To comply with requests from qualified complainants in disputes;
i.Any other disclosures deemed appropriate by Soulmet Lite and not prohibited by law.
1)Users expressly acknowledge that they bear all risks associated with using the Soulmet Lite"service; any consequences resulting from their use of the service are their sole responsibility, and Soulmet Lite assumes no liability.
2)For instance: The internet is an open platform. When users upload personal photos online, these may be copied, altered, or misused by other individuals or organizations. Users must be fully aware of such risks and understand that Soulmet Lite will not be responsible for any incidents that occur. In the event of such an incident, users can seek assistance from Soulmet Lite or file a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
3)Soulmet Lite does not guarantee that its services will meet users" expectations, nor does it ensure that the services will be uninterrupted or that they will be timely, secure, and accurate.
4)Soulmet Lite is not liable for service interruptions or other issues caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
1)Soulmet Lite offers paid services through one-time in-app purchases only. All paid services are digital in nature and are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
2)Prices for paid services are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment is charged at the time of purchase confirmation using the payment method associated with your account.
3)All purchases made within Soulmet Lite are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including accidental purchases, unused services, or dissatisfaction with the paid services.
1)Soulmet Lite strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. Users may not create, upload, post, share, request, or distribute content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any behavior that promotes or facilitates harm to children.
2)Soulmet Lite reserves the right to immediately remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate user accounts, and take any other actions deemed necessary to enforce this policy. Where required by applicable law, Soulmet Lite may report suspected CSAE-related activities to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
3)Users are responsible for complying with all applicable child protection laws and regulations. Any violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of the User Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and legal consequences.
1)If services need to be paused for system maintenance or upgrades, Soulmet Lite will strive to provide advance notice on key pages.
2)Soulmet Lite reserves the right to suspend or terminate user services without prior notice under the following circumstances:
a. The personal information provided by the user is false or concealed;
b. The user violates the terms outlined in this agreement;
c. The user fails to pay applicable service fees as required when using paid services.
3)Beyond these situations,Soulmet Lite retains the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of its services at any time without prior notice. Soulmet Lite will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions or terminations.
1)Users agree to uphold the interests of Soulmet Lite and other users. Should users violate any laws or the terms of this agreement, resulting in losses to Soulmet Lite or third parties, they agree to take responsibility for such damages.
2)Users acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, the total compensation payable to them for losses caused by Soulmet Lite breaching this agreement shall not exceed the fees they have paid to Soulmet Lite.
1)Soulmet Lite may modify any terms of this agreement at any time. When changes are made, Soulmet Lite will notify users on the relevant pages.
2)If users disagree with any changes to the terms, they have the right to cease using Soulmet Lite services. Continuing to use the service signifies acceptance of the modified terms.
